Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our floral arrangements, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed or fulfilled.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We take immense pride in hand-crafting your arrangements, but we understand that mishaps can happen during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or collection. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@flowerandyou.mom with your order number and a photo of the arrangement so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
